We support everyone to do their best thinking both for themselves and for the group.

We help everyone to clarify their best interests and help them overcome petty, small, narrow thinking. As facilitator we enable family / group members to search for and reach inclusive solutions and build practical and lasting agreements.

In facilitation we encourage and enable full participation but help filter out and avoid unhelpful comments, and grow mutual understanding among family / group members and cultivate shared responsibility in the delivery of the right result for the Family Farm and for all who were reared on it and for those who still live and work and/or are retired.

	BY FARMERS FOR FARMERS/FARM FAMILIES We provide training in the following areas Effective Communication, Conflict Management, Motivation New ways of Thinking, Interpersonal Relationships, Team Building, Problem Solving, Time Management (see Course Syllabus on ‘’HOW’’ page) We also provide skilfully ‘ONE TO ONE Facilitation’ to help the family / group of people understand their common objectives and assists them to plan and achieve successful outcomes. We assist the family/group in achieving consensus on any disagreements that pre-exist or emerge in the meeting/s. Succession and Inheritance are important issues on the Family Farm from many aspects, taxation , finance, security of farm in the future, parent offspring relationship, siblings relationships and the well being and contentment of all. We facilitate objective analysis, assessment and decisions. We enable the family / group and the family/group members to work more effectively as individuals and as family/group members and to collaborate and achieve inclusive future success.
